The Impact division advances economic empowerment and leadership development, with a particular commitment to Caribbean and diaspora women.
The Haus was built on a conviction: when a woman learns to command a room, build an asset, and negotiate her worth, the benefit never stops with her. It reaches her family, her community, and the women watching her do it.
The Impact division carries that conviction into programming — mentorship, leadership development, and a scholarship that opens the Haus itself to a woman who needs the door held open.
